Ask anyone about Brazil and the images that they will come up with will probably be about samba, carnival, Copacabana Beach and football. Anyone could be forgiven for failing to mention the words Brazil and wine in the same sentence. However Brazil is one of the top 20 largest volume producers of wine in the world.
Europeans have historically colonized the southern part of Brazil; therefore vines have been part of Brazilian culture for many decades. So, will Brazil be the next big thing to happen to the world wine scene? Time will tell, but we have spotted a gap in the market and are confident that there will be sufficient interest to make this fun project work.
